Border Duty, Coburg Germany

My first trip to the border in which I actually had a "real" world mission to patrol the border and ensure that the evil communist to our east did not invade. 

We had quite a bit of fun; we even had a visit by a USO act of girls from Massachusetts.  This post also had a German facility for athletic training which had a huge swimming pool.  One day all of us went swimming and I got a little bit of over exposure from the sun and got quite a sun burn.
